Burner adjustment to eliminate vibrations under minimum load conditions. Work carried out in collaboration with the technical service of John Zink (burner manufacturer). The entire combustion curve has been adjusted to achieve maximum power.
Installation details:
Type: 38MW steam production boiler, with a capacity of 40 t/h.
System: Boiler equipped with a gas and air flow measurement system, guaranteeing at all times the optimal relationship between the gas flow and the combustion air flow.
